Sephora Shift Coordinator

1. Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established standards.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
5. Train associates in accordance with the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
6. Ensure compliance with Company, state, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
7. Report safety violations and maintain excellent attendance.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
2. College degree or equivalent work experience.
3. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

1. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications.
2. Effective problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in other areas.
6. Ability to give and receive feedback professionally.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a distribution or warehouse environment.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.40 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
