Sephora Shift Coordinator - Inventory Control

1. Coordinate and oversee inventory control operations during the first shift.
2. Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met.
3. Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track work activities.
4. Balance inventory and facilitate communication across shifts.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and security standards, including OSHA regulations.
6. Provide training and feedback to associates to enhance performance.
7. Maintain exemplary attendance and flexibility to meet business needs.
8. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in different areas.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
