Sephora Shift Coordinator

1. Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established standards.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Balance inventory and manage communication flow across shifts.
5. Utilize in-house computer systems to track and monitor work activities.
6. Prioritize and assign tasks to achieve work goals.
7. Communicate daily work goals and coordinate action plans with the team.
8. Monitor associates’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
9. Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
10. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations.
11. Report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel.
12. Adhere to company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
13. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for associates.
14. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
2. College degree or equivalent work experience.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Effective problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in other areas.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Proactive approach to business needs.
8. Enthusiastic and professional demeanor.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Starting base pay ranges from $24.70 to $25.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
