Sephora Shift Coordinator

1. Coordinate shift operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign tasks and monitor progress against established standards.
3. Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
5. Train associates in accordance with the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
6. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations.
7. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for associates.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent multitasking and deadline management skills.
4. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a distribution center environment.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $24.70 - $25.00/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
