1. Supervise and lead a team of Beauty Advisor Services, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure professional growth.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
3. Ensure exceptional service delivery in skincare treatments, makeup makeovers, and other beauty services.
4. Manage daily counter operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
5. Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
6. Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized recommendations.
7. Engage in upselling and cross-selling to drive sales and achieve targets.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolutions.
9. Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Experience in the beauty industry with a focus on makeup and skincare services.
2. Relevant certifications in makeup artistry, skincare services, or related fields.
3. Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
