Sephora Services Supervisor

- Supervise and lead a team of Beauty Advisor Services, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery in skincare treatments, makeup makeovers, and other beauty services.
- Manage daily counter operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized recommendations.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Experience in the beauty industry with a focus on makeup and skincare services.
- Relevant certifications in makeup artistry, skincare services, or related fields.
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles within the beauty industry, focusing on makeup and skincare services.
