Sephora Services Manager

- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store.
- Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
- Train and support the Coordinator, Beauty Studio, to drive daily services.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
- Manage the Online Reservation system for Beauty Advisors and classes.
- Plan and staff in-store events to optimize client learning and sales.
- Facilitate training and development for Beauty Advisors to elevate artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Demonstrated capability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in managing client experiences and events.
Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
