- Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Beauty Advisors are trained and effectively manage the Studio.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance client services.
- Oversee the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
- Plan and manage in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
- Develop and certify Beauty Advisors, elevating their artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
