1. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
2. Ensure Beauty Advisors are trained and effectively manage the Studio.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance client services.
4. Oversee the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
5. Plan and manage in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
6. Develop and certify Beauty Advisors, elevating their artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
