1. Manage all services, classes, and events at the designated Sephora store location.
2. Oversee daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective management and service delivery.
3. Implement technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in processes and adequate staffing.
5. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
6. Oversee the training, development, and certification process for Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
