- Manage all services, classes, and events within the store location, ensuring optimal customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained and services are effectively managed.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance in-store experiences and assist clients.
- Administer the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in processes and adequate staffing levels.
- Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
- Facilitate the development and certification processes for Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
