- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store location.
- Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including training of the Beauty Studio Coordinator.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance client experiences in-store.
- Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
- Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
- Facilitate the development and certification processes for Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with both Beauty Advisors and clients.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in managing service operations and client experiences.
- Capability to handle event planning and execution.
- Expertise in training and development of staff.
Two to four years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
