1. Manage all services, classes, and events at the store location.
2. Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure Beauty Advisors utilize technology to enhance client experiences.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system for Beauty Advisors and classes.
5. Plan and staff in-store events to optimize client engagement and sales.
6. Oversee training and certification processes for Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build and develop effective teams.

Two to four years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
