Responsibilities
- Manage all services, classes, and events in a specific Sephora store location.
- Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Beauty Studio Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
- Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales.
- Manage the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in performance management for Beauty Studio and direct reports.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.
Qualifications
- Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams.
