1. Manage all services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure Beauty Advisors are trained and leveraging technology innovations.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in.
5. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales.
6. Oversee training and development of Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
