1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store location.
2. Ensure effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including training of the Beauty Studio Coordinator.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance client in-store experiences.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in processes and adequate staffing.
5. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
6. Facilitate the development and certification processes for Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management, providing feedback and development opportunities for direct reports.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
