1. Manage all services, classes, and events at the designated Sephora store location.
2. Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective management and service delivery.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing levels.
5. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
6. Oversee the training and development process for Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management for the Beauty Studio team, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
