1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
4. Manage the online reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
5. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales.
6. Develop and certify Beauty Advisors to elevate their artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
