1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store location.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure Beauty Advisors are trained to leverage technology innovations for an enhanced client experience.
4. Oversee the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
5. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
6. Manage the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in performance management situations and provide timely feedback.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
