- Manage all services, classes, and events in the store location.
- Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Beauty Advisors utilize technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
- Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
- Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
- Oversee the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
