1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store location.
2. Ensure effective daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Train and support the Coordinator, Beauty Studio to drive service excellence.
4. Leverage technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
5. Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
6. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
7. Develop and certify Beauty Advisors, elevating their artistry skills.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
9. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
