Sephora Services Manager

- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store.
- Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including training and managing the Beauty Studio Coordinator.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
- Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring adequate staffing and efficient client check-in processes.
- Plan and staff in-store events to optimize client engagement and sales opportunities.
- Facilitate the development and certification of Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to attract, train, and develop store leaders to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

The compensation ranges between CAD$53,200 - CAD$69,000, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
