1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
5. Coordinate and staff in-store events to optimize client engagement and sales.
6. Facilitate training and development for Beauty Advisors to elevate their skills.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
