Sephora Services Lead

- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Monitor and align store sales performance with company objectives.
- Support the Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and adjust staffing to meet client needs.
- Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
- Promote Sephora values such as client service, innovation, and teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$20.80 - CAD$24.45 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
