- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
- Monitor store sales performance and align department-specific team members with goals.
- Support the Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities, adjusting staffing as needed.
- Participate in the interviewing process and champion employee engagement.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
