Sephora Services Lead

- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model to provide outstanding client service.
- Monitor and optimize store sales performance and departmental goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute updates as needed.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding business opportunities and adjusting staffing levels.
- Participate in the interviewing process to support talent acquisition.
- Promote employee engagement by exemplifying Sephora's core values.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
The compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55, depending on qualifications and experience.
