- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
- Monitor store sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute animations and updates.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff on the sales floor.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and business opportunities.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
- Foster employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
One to three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges from CAD$22.40 to CAD$26.35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
