Sephora Services Lead

- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora's selling model and provide exceptional client service.
- Monitor and align team with store sales performance and opportunities.
- Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and team members.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
- Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
- Promote Sephora values including client service, innovation, and teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
