1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora's selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Monitor and align team with store sales performance and opportunities.
4. Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and team members.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
9. Promote Sephora values including client service, innovation, and teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
