Sephora Services Lead

- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Monitor and align store sales performance with company objectives.
- Support Operations team by maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of store's sales performance and adjust staffing to meet client needs.
- Participate in interviewing and talent development processes.
- Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
