Sephora Services Lead

- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Monitor store’s sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
- Support the Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
- Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations and support sales.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
- Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
