1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor and align the store’s sales performance with company objectives.
4. Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Demonstrate an understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations and ensure proper zoning on stage.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for team members.
9. Promote employee engagement by exemplifying Sephora's values.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
