1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute animations and updates as needed.
4. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on the sales floor.
5. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities, adjusting staffing levels to meet client expectations.
6. Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
