1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align team members with goals.
4. Support Operations team with merchandising concepts and visuals.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.
9. Promote Sephora values such as Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
3. Strong client service skills.
