- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
- Monitor store sales performance and align departmental goals accordingly.
- Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities, adjusting staffing levels as needed.
- Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
- Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience is required.
