1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align departmental goals accordingly.
4. Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities, adjusting staffing levels as needed.
7. Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
8. Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience is required.
