1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor store’s sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
4. Support Operations team with merchandising concepts and visuals, maintaining company standards.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on the sales floor.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for team members.
9. Promote Sephora values including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Demonstrated strong client service skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
