1. Oversee the execution of Sephora’s selling model to ensure outstanding client service and achievement of store objectives.
2. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
3. Ensure visual merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals meet company standards.
4. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the store experience.
5. Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
6. Participate in the interviewing process for potential team members.
7. Promote Sephora's values, including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong client service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a related role within a similar volume store environment.
