Sephora Services Lead

- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
- Monitor store sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute updates and animations as needed.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
- Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations and support client needs.
- Participate in the interviewing process for team members.
- Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
