1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute updates and animations as needed.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations and support client needs.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for team members.
9. Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong client service skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
