- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
- Monitor store sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
- Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with staff and clients to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and adjusting staffing levels as needed.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
- Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values of client service, innovation, and teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable store or equivalent internal experience.
