- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Monitor store sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute updates and animations.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and adjusting staffing to meet client needs.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
- Foster employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values, including Passion for Client Service and Teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
