1. Support all departments on the sales floor to ensure execution of Sephora's selling model and outstanding client service.
2. Monitor and align department-specific team members with sales goals and performance opportunities.
3. Assist the Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
4. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the in-store experience.
5. Demonstrate an understanding of sales performance and business opportunities to optimize staffing and client service.
6. Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
7. Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values of client service, innovation, and teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
