- Support all departments on the sales floor within a specific Sephora location.
- Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Be aware of the store’s sales performance and align team members with goals.
- Support the Operations team by maintaining merchandising standards and executing updates.
- Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients and staff.
- Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
- Participate in the interviewing process for the team.
- Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
