1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor store’s sales performance and align team members with goals.
4. Support Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff on the sales floor.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
9. Foster employee engagement by demonstrating Sephora’s values.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Demonstrated strong client service skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
