Sephora Services Lead

1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align team members with goals.
4. Support Operations team by maintaining merchandising concepts and visuals to company standards.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.

1. One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
