Sephora Services Lead

- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Monitor store sales performance and align department-specific team members with goals.
- Support the Operations team in maintaining merchandising concepts and visuals to company standards.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities, adjusting staffing levels as needed.
- Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.
- Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
