1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align team members with goals.
4. Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and team members.
6. Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent.
9. Promote employee engagement through Sephora's core values.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
