Sephora Services Lead

- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, or Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Monitor store sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
- Support Operations team with merchandising concepts and visuals to maintain company standards.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
- Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
- Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.
- Demonstrate Sephora values in client service, innovation, and teamwork.
- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
