1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, or Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
4. Support Operations team with merchandising concepts and visuals to maintain company standards.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.
9. Demonstrate Sephora values in client service, innovation, and teamwork.

1. One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
3. Strong client service skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
