1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Monitor and align store sales performance with company objectives.
4. Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and adjusting staffing levels.
7. Participate in the interviewing process for team recruitment.
8. Promote Sephora values such as client service, innovation, and teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
