1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor and align store sales performance with company objectives.
4. Support Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the in-store experience.
6. Demonstrate strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations and optimize service.
8. Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
9. Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong client service skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
