1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align team members with goals.
4. Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards and execute animations and updates.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
6. Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities, adjusting staffing levels as needed.
7. Participate in the interviewing process and demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service and Teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
