1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align team members with goals.
4. Support the Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the store experience.
6. Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities, adjusting staffing as needed.
7. Participate in the interviewing process and champion employee engagement.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience is required.
