1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align department team members with goals.
4. Support the Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and adjust staffing to meet client needs.
7. Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
8. Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong client service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

One to three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
