1. Support all departments on the sales floor to ensure execution of Sephora's selling model and outstanding client service.
2. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the in-store experience.
3. Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards and execute animations and updates as needed.
4. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and business opportunities.
5. Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
6. Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum of three years in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
