- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Monitor and align the department's sales performance with company objectives.
- Support the Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the in-store experience.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and adjusting staffing levels to meet client needs.
- Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
- Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, and teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated strong client service skills.

- Proficiency in visual merchandising.
