Sephora Services Lead

1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure the execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align department-specific team members with goals.
4. Support the Operations team in maintaining merchandising concepts and visuals to company standards.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.
9. Promote employee engagement by demonstrating Sephora values.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
